Rylan Clark has spoken about the support he’s received from Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes and how he’s working to ‘find a new life’.

Rylan Clark has admitted his “TV mom and dad” Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes were “terrified and shocked” by his condition following his public split.
The 33-year-old presenter says the couple have been very supportive through the dark times of coping with the collapse of his marriage to Dan Neal.
The former X Factor star explained how he almost lost control last summer coming to terms with what had happened.
Speak with The sun He said: “There was a point where I felt really, really bad when I went back to my house that I had moved out of.
“I haven’t been there for so long because I didn’t feel well.
“My mother and sister-in-law were acting really weird and I didn’t know why. Next Eamonn and Ruth showed up and I just broke down.”
Rylan explained how the duo seemed “terrified and shocked” at the condition they found him in.
And he confessed that looking back on the incident made him emotional.
Rylan and Dan’s six-year marriage ended last year, and he opened up about how it had a huge impact on his mental health.
He revealed that while he’s trying to rebuild his life, he needs to learn to trust again.
He continued, “I want nothing more than to be with someone who supports me and I support them and who is proud of me and happy for me and vice versa. This is all I want.
“But I’m in no hurry. It has to be right.”
Rylan insists he is now happy with who is in his life after spending a lot of time hiding and being unemployed and admits he is now working to ‘find a new life’ .
In his latest memoir, the presenter opened up about his tough year, joking that he “should have lasted just ten minutes” in showbiz, though 10 years later he’s still a popular character.
On Instagram, he told his 1.5 million followers: ” [I’ve] I’ve learned so many lessons, especially over the last year, but it’s been a journey and I can’t wait to share it with you soon.”
He added that his book will be available from September 29 and offered autographed copies to his fans.
He first appeared on the X Factor in 2012 and has since built a successful presenting career, taking on responsibilities such as rebooting Supermarket Sweep and his own Radio 2 show.
