Rylan Clark has put pen to paper and bared it all in his first book dealing with the difficult year he is facing.
The presenter, who joked he “should have lasted just 10 minutes” in showbiz, looks back on the decade he had in the “crazy industry”.
Rylan, 33, shared the news of his book, titled TEN, with his 1.5million followers on Instagram.
He wrote: “The decade that changed my future. Wow. all the emotions This book celebrates ten years of my involvement in this crazy industry.
“We all know I should have lasted ten minutes, so how I lasted ten years I’ll never know.
“I’ve learned so many lessons, especially over the past year, but it’s been a journey and I can’t wait to share it with you soon.”
He added that his book will be available from September 29 and offered autographed copies.
Rylan, who first made his name on The X Factor in 2012, included a montage of his famous TV moments along with the year they happened.
The big news comes after he spoke candidly about being single nine months after his split from Dan.
After a night out with friends, he took to Twitter with an emotional tweet.
He wrote, “Ever have a night where you’re having a really good night with friends… But on your way home you’re sitting and thinking, would much rather have a night out with Netflix and someone you care about… yeah baby.” ”
The Radio 2 presenter said he had to take some time off last year after splitting from husband Dan last year.
The couple split after six years of marriage, and Rylan blamed his job and their high-profile relationship for the split.
Rylan fell to nine stone and admitted he was a “danger to himself” after refusing to eat.
He told The Observer: “It’s really weird to talk about it because I haven’t even talked about it with my friends. I just never thought I could get this sick.”
“I dropped to just over 9th place and I’m 6ft 4in tall. It got bad. Very bad. And I didn’t think it would get any better. I need help.”

Despite becoming “mentally unwell” and “dangerously thin,” he said he’s recovered and has now gained four stone.
“Getting fit and taking care of my body saved me. Fitness gave me purpose,” Rylan said.
