Safiyya Vorajee shares a touching video of Azaylia Diamond Cain

Safiyya Vorajee was left sobbing in heartbreaking video on the one-year anniversary of her daughter’s death.

Taking to her Instagram earlier today, the 34-year-old described this time last year as “the hardest time of my life.”

In an emotional video, she asked fans to pray for her little girl.

She broke down as she told her followers: “This time last year was the hardest time of my life. I lost my little girl in the morning, so I wanted to go back to Azaylia’s garden.”

Her ex-boyfriend Ashley Cain took part in a mammoth 100 mile run in Azaylia’s memory today.

Safiyya continued, “I’m just praying and hoping that the rest of the team and Ashley and everyone else is okay with this run. I know they are finding it difficult now. Please pray for my little princess today.”

She then filmed Azaylia’s tomb, which was covered in floral tributes.

The heartbroken mother and father announced they split shortly before their daughter’s death.

They sadly lost Azaylia in April 2021 after she bravely battled a rare form of leukemia.

In March, Ex On The Beach star Ashley shared that the couple decided to split a few months ago but are ready to go public with it.

Ever since breaking her sad news to fans, Safiyya has been thanking everyone for all the kind messages she’s been inundated with.

In her Instagram Story, the beautician said she took some time to visit her daughter’s grave – a place she goes when she’s sad.

Reflecting on their sudden split, Safiyya told fans, “I also just want to say thank you for all the lovely messages I’ve received. So nice and so thoughtful. So heartwarming. So thank you for them. “

She added, “Just taking a moment with Azaylia right now.”

Ashley announced their split on his Instagram.

“It was an incredibly difficult decision that we had to keep to ourselves for some time to give ourselves the opportunity to plan our own trip privately,” he revealed.

The reality star added, “The past few months have shown that we remain the closest of friends, spending time together every day and forever loving, caring and supporting each other.

“We are united by our powerful journey together, the everlasting love we have for our daughter, and our passionate commitment to her foundation.”
