Roberto De Zerbi has expanded his recruitment setup.
Heh as brought in Salvatore Monaco, who he had worked with at Shakhtar Donetsk, as deputy head of recruitment.
Monaco, a 49-year-old former defender, has received his work permit and will be part of the recruitment team led by Paul Winstanley.
He essentially replaces Kyle Macaulay, who recently moved to Chelsea with Graham Potter.
Technical Director David Weir said of Monaco: “He is someone Roberto knows well having worked together in the past and will be an excellent addition to the team as we look forward to January and beyond.”
