Saturday Night Takeaway viewers confused by Boy George’s teeth

Viewers of Saturday Night Takeaway questioned Boy George’s teeth after watching the latest episode of the ITV show.

Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly are back with another installment of their much-loved series, and this time welcome Culture Club into the studio.

The new wave band, led by 60-year-old Boy George, appeared in a long singing segment attended by three home audiences who were randomly selected to play and win some money.

When Ant and Dec introduced the band, Boy George told them, “It’s great to be here,” before confirming that he would sing their hit Karma Chameleon.

However, spectators watching at home were more interested in Boy George’s teeth than in what he was singing.

On Twitter, one person posted: “@itvtakeaway Boy George’s teeth. He’s lost all of his Rylan. #SaturdayNightTakeaway.”

A second tweeted: “I assume Boy George has new teeth…?! #Antanddec #SaturdayNightTakeaway.”

A third asked: “What happened to Boy George’s voice? Has he been to the dentist? #SaturdayNightTakeaway.”

Another viewer thought: “Does boy George have new teeth? #SaturdayNightTakeaway.”

Elsewhere on the show, viewers couldn’t help but feel nauseous after witnessing one person brushing their teeth with mayonnaise.

In Stephen Mulhern’s pre-recorded prank segment, he is seen visiting the BBC Radio 1 studio, where he managed to invite different presenters to play along.

Melvin Odoom, Rickie Haywood-Williams and Charlie Hedges were targeted at one point and forced to say some silly things during a live broadcast.

But the worst part was when Stephen held up a sign that read: “Brush your teeth with mayo”.

Melvin has continued to do so, almost going crazy in the process – and viewers find it disgusting.

“NAAA brushing with Mayo rated #SaturdayNightTakeaway,” one person posted.

Another wrote: “I literally almost went crazy watching him brush his teeth with that #SaturdayNightTakeaway mayonnaise.”

And a third said: “I’m sick of brushing my teeth with #SaturdayNightTakeaway mayo.”

Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Knowledge will continue next weekend on ITV and ITV Hub.
