Jeremy Clarkson makes Ant McPartlin awkward
Saturday Night Takeaway viewers blasted Jeremy Clarkson after he appeared to make a statement on Ant McPartlin’s drink-driving charges.
Jeremy, a guest on tonight’s show, greeted Ant & Dec via a direct link by saying “Oh, see that’s his driver and mate,” Ant laughed as he commented.
While some viewers assumed he was likely hinting at Ant driving the tractor in a joke, the pair dragged Jeremy before being ‘caught’ with Dec, during one segment of the show, others believed. that it was an allusion to Ant Admit drink driving in 2018.

Meanwhile, Jeremy asked one protester “how fast can you run” as he handcuffed himself to his car, before cursing fake police officers during a staged arrest.
ITV teased the hilarious moment before the show in an online clip, and it’s easy to say it will be well viewed.
In the clip, Jeremy, 61, can be seen arriving at his ranch as ‘protesters’ chant: “Stop working hard, keep your land” while holding signs.
“He didn’t look very impressed,” Ant said, disguised as a protester.

Another woman said to Jeremy: “Hi, my name is Laura, I’m one of …” before Jeremy cut her off.
The Top Gear star said curtly: “The point about soil is that you can’t hurt it.”
Dec, disguised in a wig, taunted the star by saying, “Maybe you should phone a friend” over a megaphone.
From a secret room, Ant tells another actor to handcuff himself to Jeremy’s car.
Throughout the entire short clip, Jeremy faints as he silently watches the frenzy unfold.
As the joke escalates, with a pile of dirt falling on top of Jeremy’s car, he infuriates him.
Things only got worse when the ‘police’ arrested Jeremy for breaking the peace, and cursed them when he lost his patience.
When Ant and Dec finally showed up, Jeremy was speechless and couldn’t believe what had happened – before he started laughing along with everyone else.
Speaking back in the studio, Jeremy confessed it wasn’t his first time facing protesters so he wasn’t suspicious.
Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway is back with a new series on Saturday night.
