If you’re in the market for a compact but capable smart speaker, Google’s Nest Audio might be for you. This model normally retails for $99.99 and is discounted to $79.99 on the Google Store, Best Buy, and Walmart.

As someone a little tired of reserving counter space for a giant Google Home Max, upgrading (or downgrading, technically) to the smaller Nest Audio was a smart move for me. It offers a clear sound that can get loud without sacrificing its low- or high-end delivery, so I don’t miss this more powerful speaker as much as I thought. Best Buy runs a series of Earth Day promotions aimed at getting you into one of their stores with your old computer gear in tow. And there’s a good reason if you get the chance this weekend, as the retailer is giving you a 20 percent off coupon on a new Logitech accessory, like the excellent Logitech StreamCam or the G435 wireless gaming headset, when You are giving away an old PC or gaming accessories. This in-store offer ends May 6th. You can read the details here.

You can also trade in your old modem, router, or modem/router combo at Best Buy for a 15 percent discount on a new model. This is another store only offer and unfortunately Google’s network products are excluded from the offer. However, it should help you get a great price on a product from other recommended brands in the industry like Eero, Orbi, and more. Details are here.

Finally, for Best Buy’s in-store Earth Day promotions, you can bring any hard drive or SSD to a retailer for recycling and receive a coupon that saves 10 percent on a Western Digital or SanDisk Professional hard drive. Note that these are high-capacity hard drives and not fast SSDs. Still, it might be worth it if you need extra storage space for large files. Here are the details and Here are the suitable models that can be discounted.

Google Nest’s battery-powered doorbell gets a big discount, and it’s on Amazon and other retailers. Normally $179.99 for this slim model, You can buy one in a variety of colors for $149.99. This could be a great product for first-time smart doorbell owners. To that end, my colleague Dan Seifert praised its great people and packet detection skills, as well as its longer-than-average battery life.

However, this battery-powered option leaves some features open compared to previous generations. Namely, it records at a lower resolution and lacks 24/7 continuous recording. Still, this deal mitigates the sting of those shortcomings. Read our full review.

Google Nest Doorbell (Battery Powered)
