Kourtney Kardashian almost married Scott Disick in 2007

Scott Disick has revealed that ex-wife Kourtney Kardashian’s strained relationship with Travis Barker has allowed him to finally move on from his ex.

The Talentless founder, 38, has a close relationship with the reality TV star, 42, and shares three of her children – Mason, 12, Penelope, 9, and Reign, 7.

And even as the pair have split, he seems to keep the flame alive for the mother of his children.

However, when asked about his thoughts on Kourtney dating Blink-182’s drummer Travis, 46, his answer surprised many.

At Hulu’s premiere of The Kardashians, Scott admitted the pair’s relationship meant he “could go on”.

He said: “I always have her friends or our family in my ear like ‘Don’t worry, honey, you’ll figure it out eventually’.

“And, ‘You’ll get back together one day.” So my foot is always in the half door. “

During a confession on the new show, he revealed how much more sad he was to lose Kourtney “as a best friend” because of her new relationship.

He continued: “We’re really just half-brothers now. I would say it’s probably one of the more difficult things in my life.”

However, Scott confessed that he is still worried about the celebrity family forgetting about him as he is no longer dating the POOSH founder.

When asked how he feels about not being invited to the family barbecue, he said: “Feeling left out and not being told anything is incredibly painful, especially when when I have no other family to go with.”

Scott’s parents passed away within six months of each other in 2013 and 2014 and he is an only child.

Before that, Scott seemed to have welcomed Kim Kardashian’s new girlfriend Pete Davidson into the family.

Scott and Pete made the news last month after the Saturday Night Live star, 28, popped up on Scott’s Instagram to post a clip of his friend dozing off on a “boys night.” wild”

A source told E! Online : “They became good friends.

“They both have a sense of humor and are always fun to be together.”

The source added that the couple has spent some time together on a number of occasions, even when the Kardashian family isn’t in person.
