A second teacher killed in the Texas elementary school shootings has been named.

Irma Garcia, 46, was named by devastated family members and friends in the early hours of this morning.

I come after her heroic co-teacher Eva Mireles, 44, was one of the first victims to be identified after a teenage gunman rioted Tuesday night at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas.
