Skoda has fitted a compact foldable umbrella to the door of its Superb sedan so you’ll never be caught unprepared in the rain again.

And the Volkswagen Golf comes with a feature that many drivers have not noticed.

Unfortunately, this feature is missing from the most modern model in the range – but fans can have their cars modified to include it.

For those who like to ride a bike, Vauxhall has included an integrated bike rack in its Corsa model.

Hidden behind the license plate, the FlexFit system slides out the back of the small hatch and can accommodate two bikes.

To maximize storage space, Honda developed its folding seat solution.

It was first introduced in the Jazz and later in the Civic.

The rear passenger seats fold all the way up to make room for bulky items.

Finally, Volkswagen’s distinctive feature might be the older of the group.

Every Beetle model has a small vase behind the steering wheel.

That means drivers can add their favorite flower to liven up the dash or use it as a pen holder for their shopping lists.
