Netflix’s hit reality show Selling Sunset just wrapped up its fifth season with a juicy reunion episode, leaving fans hungry for more.

Selling Sunset’s mix of high fashion, high drama and high home prices has left viewers mesmerized as the show’s glamorous real estate agents try to navigate the world of relationships and real estate.

In the show’s dramatic finale, the romance that blossomed over the season between company owner Jason Oppenheim and employee Chrishell Stause came to a dramatic end – leaving many fans wondering if their romance was just a “showmance.”

US media has confirmed that Netflix’s hit California real estate program has been signed up for a sixth season, and it could be coming much sooner than viewers are expecting.

According to Us Weekly, the show’s fifth and sixth seasons were filmed back-to-back, with a planned hiatus for the show’s seventh season — as well as a couple of spin-off shows.

Moving further north from Hollywood, the Selling the OC spin-off will be set in Orange County and, judging by the trailers, will feature as many devious, dramatic real estate agents as the hit Selling Sunset.

We can’t wait to see Selling Sunset back on our screens

When will season 6 air?

Netflix hasn’t officially renewed the binge-worthy show for a sixth season, but it’s been widely reported that the show will be back for at least two more seasons.

The fourth and fifth seasons were filmed back-to-back, so it’s likely the cast will take a well-deserved break before returning to filming.

Either way, we can’t wait to see what the future holds for our favorite real estate agents.

Is Christine coming back for next season?

Toward the end of season five, it was revealed that Christine Quinn had offered a client $5,000 in order not to work with one of her own colleagues, Emma Hernan.

“You should never have to deal with something like this,” Jason said to Hernan. “She crossed the line in my book.”

Christine’s details have now been logged on the Oppenheim Group’s website.

Christine then announced that she was starting a new business with her partner to “disrupt the real estate industry.”

Her Instagram post read: “Introducing my company to RealOpen.com. Click the link in my bio to find out more. Why work for someone else when you can be your own CEO?”

Will there be a seventh season?

After Jason Oppenheim revealed he personally oversaw $2 billion in real estate sales as CEO of his real estate business, the Oppenheim Group will continue to sell homes whether the Netflix cameras are there or not.

No date is set, but US Weekly has reported that Netflix has signed up the show for a seventh season.

With the show scheduled to pause after Season 6, it’s unlikely it will hit our screens until 2023 or 2024.
