This week, serious drama fans were deeply saddened when Oti Mabuse quit the show after six years of service.
Neil Jones – a show pro since 2014 – said the show wouldn’t be the same without Oti dancing and dancing on stage.
The 39-year-old also fears he will never hear from Oti again as she moves on to perhaps bigger and better projects, leaving her Strict family behind.

Taking to social media to lament his loss, Neil wrote: “Babes babes, what can I say, you know, I will miss you cause I would be someone else. [cry with laughter] just by looking at them because you know what I’m thinking”.
He continues to compliment her – and also calls her a “diva”.
Neil wrote: “I’m so proud of everything you’re doing, just please remember my name next time we meet and answer your phone, little diva.”
Oti announces her decision to quit her job for a long time Instagram post she shared on Tuesday.
Sharing about the photos from her time on the show, she wrote: “I can’t put into words how difficult this decision was, but I’ve decided not to come back for the next series.
“Dance will forever be my first love and to everyone, my family, especially my friends, serious fans and judges who have supported me throughout my rigorous journey. mine, thanks for that it’s awesome!
“You are irreplaceable in my heart and have made every day unforgettable! I love you.”
She added: “I will always Keepeep Dancing! And I will never forget my wonderful Seriously experience!”
However, Oti’s decision to switch from Strict was heralded by the fact that she betrayed BBC by signing up to be a judge on the rival reality TV series Dancing On Ice, which she starred in earlier this year.
Many fans take this as a clear sign that she has no plans to return to the 2022 drama.
It was Oti who hinted at her that series 19 of the BBC show – in which she competed alongside sportsman Ugo Monye – would be her last.
She told the Telegraph: “I love to dance and I also love to bring joy to so many people. But I think it will be the last time.”
Meanwhile, her sister Motsi Mabuse, 40 – who describes herself as the Strict Judge – supported Oti.
She wrote online: “I am so proud of this girl. I was there from your feet and I wanted to watch you all the way but to see you grow is such a privilege, I sit back and tears of pride roll down my face!
“Love you sis go get them and Good Luck @otimabuse she is a Lion, fearless, brave and daring.”
