And Dianne says that despite their hectic work schedules, they always make time for each other.

She said: “The cast has been seriously like my family ever since I moved here. “I sometimes can’t believe how close we are.”

And it’s not just professionals who are passionate about the show – four years on, Joe still loves to dance.

“He [Joe] actually went to a serious tour the other night, and during that time, I caught him in the dressing room with his arm around his ballroom, and I was like ‘You’re practice dancing in front of the mirror?!’ He said, ‘Yeah, does it look good?’ It was funny,” Dianne laughed.

“So we still dance, especially when we watch dance together. He loved it and he was so good, I have to say. His dribbles have taken leaps and bounds.”

As for whether they would like to collaborate again on any future projects, Dianne said, “Yes, we definitely had a lot of ideas in the works. Just find time for us right now. But there are definitely ideas there.”

You just have to face the good and the bad with Seriousness and enjoy each week as it comes,” she admits.

While she looks forward to returning as one of the professional dancers, she says she is opening up new opportunities in the future.

“I would love to do some other, completely new things,” she admits. “Don’t get me wrong, I’m really happy to continue with Serious, but I love trying new things.

“Right now, I’m really happy with where I am and what I’m doing, I can’t think of not doing my dance, but never say never!”

And it’s amazing how 72 Hour Sure’s Nonstop Protection prevents people from feeling out of control,” she said. “If it can give someone a little extra courage to get out there and move, and make them feel happy in their own skin, I’m all for it!”

  • Dianne used Sure’s new 72H Non-Stop Antiperspirant to keep her protected from sweat and odor during her record-breaking attempt.
