The results are in for today’s Set for Life National Lottery jackpot where a Brit could win a monthly jackpot of £10,000

The winning numbers for tonight’s Set for Life drawing are in.

The lucky ticket holder will receive £10,000 every month for the next 30 years.

Today’s National Lottery Set For Life winning numbers are: 8, 16, 37, 43 and 45 and the Life Ball is 1 .

The National Lottery says: “You better dig out your wish list – because you could be just one ticket away from winning £10,000 every month for 30 years! Imagine what you could do with it.

“Cooking class? New business idea? Whatever’s on your list, now’s your chance to tick it off.”

Players must choose five main numbers between 1 and 47 and a “life ball” between 1 and 10.

The chance of winning the top prize is 1 in 15.3 million, but the chance of winning £10,000 a month for a year is 1 in 1.7 million.

The draws take place on Monday and Thursday evenings at around 20:00.

There are also fixed prizes to be won.
