THIS is the shocking moment an OnlyFans star flashes drivers off a freeway overpass in a stunt that could put her in jail.
Braless Billie Louise was recorded stepping out and lifting her top before the brazen footage was posted to Twitter.
But the 27-year-old’s cheeky antics could land her in trouble.
There is a theoretical possibility that she could be convicted of indecent exposure – but only if a court finds she was flashed on purpose to raise alarm or cause fear.
The crime carries a maximum sentence of two years in prison after a trial in a Crown Court.
Most cases are tried in the district court, where a prison sentence of up to six months or a fine can be imposed.
The names of those convicted may also be entered on the sex offenders register.
Football fans who roam at games and perverts who blitz victims are among those who can be dealt with legally.
The 12 second clip is believed to have been filmed in Thanet, Kent.
It features the beautiful Billie Louise, who says she’s one of the best OnlyFans performers in the world, jumping to the safety barrier.
She quickly looks back at the camera before lifting her top and jumping while waving her hands in the air, reports Kent Online.
The tweet was originally posted last month but resurfaced yesterday.
The performer, who charges around £12 a month for her content, had a number of responses.
Most were free – including one from a US truck driver who wrote, “Thanks for your service.”
Another quipped: “Holy Moly these are perfect.”
But one follower posted the message: “Indecent disclosure in Thanet.”
Under British law, Billie Louise would have been fine if she chose to ride naked – but only if she had no intention of causing shock or excitement.
However, if she had intentionally spattered a pedestrian with her car, she would have been in trouble.
Police could have fined her £5,000 in this hypothetical case if it had been shown that she was driving in a manner that “recognised a clear act of incompetence, selfishness, impatience and aggressiveness”.
According to Section 3 of the Road Traffic Act 1988, spraying someone means that it is tantamount to driving “without due regard for other people”.
