Britain’s Got Talent: Simon Cowell makes ‘homemade’ comment

Simon Cowell has admitted he was “terrified” of working so much he would get sick as he has now taken a backseat to some of his ventures.

The 62-year-old record executive is said to have been desperate to spend more time with his young son Eric Cowell, 8, and avoid burning out due to his busy schedule.

He’s created numerous shows and founded media empire Syco throughout his career – although he’s reportedly winding up his empire, including the X Factor not returning.

This is believed to be part of a strategy by Britain’s Got Talent (BGT) judge to counteract his “unhealthy workaholism” as he has been concerned about it.
