Simon Cowell’s cosmetic choices have come under scrutiny over the years.

But the music mogul has revealed his biggest critic is actually himself as he vows never to have botox again.

We’ve seen the 62-year-old undergo a dramatic 20-pound weight loss, introduce blindingly white teeth and reveal multiple versions of his wrinkle-free face.

And this weekend he stepped out looking more natural than he has in years as he revealed his face without fillers for the first time in over two decades.

We take a look at the changing face of Simon Cowell from his 21s St Century Facelift’ to his botched botox.

Just this weekend, fans were treated to a new episode in the saga of Simon’s changing face as he came out with a completely different look as he joined a slew of stars at the Nickelodeon Kid’s Choice Awards.

He wore a hand brace on his left arm after injuring his arm in an e-bike accident earlier this year.

And the star looked fresh after removing the fillers he’d put on his face over the years.

His new age-appropriate eu-naturale look came as the TV star revealed he will be stepping back from fillers as he looked like “something out of a horror movie”.

He has never admitted to going under the knife, but said back in 2008 that Botox is as commonplace as brushing your teeth

He said The sun : “There was a phase where maybe I went a bit too far. I saw a picture of me from ‘before’ the other day and didn’t recognize it as me at first.

“Eric (his son) was in hysterics. Enough was enough. Now there is no filler on my face at all. Zero.”

It’s not a surprising move given the failures poor Simon suffered at the hands of aesthetes.

He told Glamour: “For me, Botox is no more unusual than toothpaste. It works, you do it once a year – who cares?”

Spending so much time in Hollywood – the land of plastic surgeons – Simon looked slimmer than ever thanks to his vegan diet.

But in 2019, Simon admitted to having a “21st century facelift” and “too much Botox” before his 60th birthday.

The entertainment tycoon has undergone a major makeover and turned back the clock following a health scare.

After spending so many years in the public eye, it was hard not to notice the difference in The X factor the boss’s new face – which was pretty badly received by fans, who berated him for “ruining” his “pretty” face.

Simon said the procedure “hurt like hell” and told The sun that he asked the cosmetic surgeon Dr. Jean-Louis Sebagh, known as the “Picasso of dermatology”.

The non-surgical “bioplastic suture” facelift cost him around £2,000.

He explained at the time: “For me now it’s all about clear skin. Clear skin makes you look better. But some things you have to be very careful about.

“There are many things you can do now. You don’t have to just stuff your face with fillers and botox.

“It hurts like hell, but it clears up sun damage and separates all the cr*p.”

He recently admitted to having a placenta facial using sheep, which he described as “pretty far-fetched.”

Discussing his regrets at choosing to have his face pumped with fillers, he said: “Hopefully I look better now – I probably had a little too much botox a few years ago because everyone on TV has it.

“Now I have facials, but nothing too extravagant at the moment. I have a girl who comes here and does an amazing facial massage – it’s very relaxing.”

He has also confessed he is now on the “Eric Cowell Diet” but inspired by his vegetable-loving son’s eating habits.

He told Extra TV: “I went to see this guy who is very well known. And he said to me after doing some blood tests, ‘You can’t have red meat, dairy, sugar, bread or gluten’.”

Simon asked if he could still drink alcohol: “And he said, ‘Maybe not quite as much as before.’ And I did it and I stuck to it and it’s easy.
