Simon Cowell paid tribute to Jane Marczewski, the former America’s Got Talent star known as Nightbirde, who won the music mogul’s golden bell in 2021 but withdrew from the live show

Simon Cowell expressed her feelings for a former America’s Got Talent star after she went through a battle with cancer.
Nightbirde – real name Jane Marczewski – passed away Saturday, February 19 after a long battle with cancer.
Last August, the famous singer revealed that her cancer had “turned into a more advanced stage” as she walked out of the final round of America’s Got Talent.
Leaving a lasting mark on viewers’ hearts, Jane was an absolute hit with audiences and even achieved the resounding success of Simon.
Simon, who clearly has great faith and trust in the singer, gave Twitter to pay tribute to Jane.

He wrote: “Breaking news to hear about @_nightbirde, she is an extraordinary person, so brave, so talented.
“She has had a huge impact on AGT and the world. Her determination to fight this terrible disease is remarkable. Rest in peace, Jane. I am sending my love to your family. there. Simon.”
Jane’s family released a statement on Tuesday, February 22, posted on her Instagram page which reads: “After four years battling cancer, Jane Kristen Marczewski, aka Nightbirde , passed away on February 19, 2022.”
They continued: “Many people remember her from America’s Got Talent, where she performed her hit song ‘It’s OK’ and inspired millions around the globe with her message of faith and never giving up. the”.
“Those who know her, love her real-life personality and sense of humour. She has a witty joke for every occasion — even if it’s her own.”
Her family concluded: “Her lasting legacy will be the gift of hope she has given so many through her music and the strength she found in Jesus.”
Jane rose to fame when she appeared on America’s Got Talent season 16, and when her audition clip was posted online, it had already garnered more than 30 million views.
But as her battle with cancer worsened, she was forced to withdraw from the show.
The disease eventually spread to her lungs, spine and liver, and in a social media post around the time she pulled out of the show, she wrote: “Share my heart With the world on AGT is an honor and a dream come true My views this summer have been astounding.
“It’s a miracle that the pain I went through can be transformed into a beauty that makes people all over the world open their eyes.
“Since auditioning, my health has been deteriorating and my battle with cancer is demanding all of my energy and attention.”
She added: “I’m sad to announce that I won’t be able to move on this season, AGT. Life isn’t always about the people who deserve it – but we did know it. there.
“Thanks for all your support, it means a lot to me. Stay with me, I’ll be better soon. I’m planning for my future, not my legacy. Quite a failure, but I still have a dream.

Her last post was uploaded to her Instagram on January 11, 2022, when she posted what turned out to be her last selfie posted on social media before her death.
