At the end of the showcase, Project Rene was announced, including some new features coming to the series and gameplay footage of furniture customization.

EA emphasized that the upcoming game, which fans are calling The Sims 5, is still in a very early stage of development and is still years away from launch.

However, the developer claims that he is curious about fan feedback on the game and is looking for features that fans would like to bring back from the series.

The first footage focused on greater customization options than are currently available in The Sims 4.

It showed changes not only in the color and pattern of the furniture, but also in the shape of some parts.

The Sims 4 had fewer customization options than the previous entry, The Sims 3, as EA wanted to focus on expanding other parts of the game.

However, based on player feedback, the developers seem keen on bringing back and expanding on previous customization options.

EA has already announced that The Sims 4 will be free to play, a change that has already been made.

Anyone who does not own the base game The Sims 4 can download it for free on all platforms, but expansion packs must still be purchased separately.

Those who already owned the game will receive free in-game items as part of the change.

EA also confirmed that it is still developing expansion packs and features for The Sims 4 and The Sims Mobile and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

There are currently three teams working on the three separate Sims projects, although more developers are slowly moving to Project Rene.

Fans have responded positively to the new footage and look forward to watching more in the future.

Although it will still be a few years before the game is released, it made a positive first impression.
