Sky TV owners have just discovered a special Christmas trick on their remotes – the kids are going to love it

SKY brings festive magic to your TV.

Customers can find out exactly where Santa is as he travels the world delivering gifts.

And it all starts with a special voice command via your remote control.

The feature is available to anyone with Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream.

All you have to do is hold down the microphone button and say, “Where’s Santa?”

Alternatively, you can ask “Santa Tracker”, “Where is Santa Tracker?”, “Where is Santa Clause now?”, “Follow Santa Clause” or “Is Santa Claus coming tonight?”.

A magical screen will appear showing you Santa’s whereabouts.

There is only a countdown until Christmas Eve.

Once that’s done, a world map will show its real-time location.

He usually starts with Australia, where Christmas comes first, before tirelessly traveling the rest of the world.

There are other Sky Christmas treats too.

Saying “ho ho ho” or “for the little elves” will bring up things for the kids to look out for.

Sky VIP customers can also receive a free bonus film from the Sky Store.

You can redeem How the Grinch Stole Christmas or Love Actually until December 31st.

Elsewhere, the company is offering free calls to the UK and abroad for Sky Talk subscribers on Christmas Day.

Those with Sky Mobile get free mobile data on both Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

Sky launched its brand new satellite-free TV service Sky Stream in October.

It uses broadband instead of satellite.

Sky did something similar last year with Sky Glass, which packs all the technology into a TV set.
