Dan Walker looked smart and relaxed as he enjoyed a day at Aintree Races after announcing his shock move to Channel 5.
The 45-year-old, who announced earlier this week that he is stepping down from his role on BBC Breakfast after eight years, looked dapper at the Aintree races.
The former Strictly Come Dancing contestant wore a navy three-piece suit with white pocket squares.
He was also wearing a white shirt with a navy polka dot tie when he arrived for Ladies Day.
Dan completed the suave look with a pair of tanned loafers and a pair of sunglasses.

The presenter walked through the event with friends and later posted a picture of himself smiling next to former Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson in an elegant marquee.
“Nice to meet the boss of Aintree. He had great career advice as always,” Dan said, followed by a laughing emoji.
Earlier this afternoon, he and his BBC co-host Sally Nugent caused a storm when they beamed for a photo together.
Sally looked stylish as she wore a long black and white polka dot dress with ruched sleeves.
“What a beautiful day in Aintree with my professional partner,” Dan tweeted.
Dan announced on Monday he would be moving to Channel 5 in the next few weeks after bosses gave him an “opportunity” he couldn’t refuse.
Dan addressed his decision to switch to Channel 5 on Tuesday’s show when he told his Sally: “This has been a really difficult decision for me. Probably the hardest decision I’ve had to make in my career.
“Because I love you more than anything and I love working with you.”
“I love you too, Daniel,” Sally interjected.
Dan continued: “And I love the BBC Breakfast team. Those six years that I’ve spent on that sofa have been by far the best six years of my career. But I think sometimes opportunities come and you have to take them. Is not it?
“I’ve never been motivated by money in any job I’ve ever taken on and while I love BBC Breakfast and everyone who works on the show, it’s a fantastic opportunity to work with a brilliant team at Channel 5. Also, go and do some other programs outside of here.”

Following his announcement, viewers took to Twitter to share kind words.
One viewer wrote: “Tomorrow will not be the same. We’ll miss you!”, while another added, “I’ll miss your positivity in a morning.”
A third fan added: “So sorry to see you go. I wish you the best of luck for the future. I’ll miss you terribly though. What’s up with the red couch? Is it the early hours? “
