Snoop Dogg joins Call of Duty: Warzone, Vanguard and Mobile as a Playable Operator

Snoop Dogg will soon be joining Call of Duty: Warzone, Vanguard and Mobile as a playable operator.

Full details of Snoop’s arrival come via a Call of Duty blog, which confirms that the first chance to star as the legendary rapper and entrepreneur is in Season 3 of Call of Duty: Mobile through a special draw on April 1st, 2022.

This Lucky Draw version of Snoop has him “decked out from head to toe in a 24k gold embroidered outfit” and includes a “new signature weapon based on a fast-firing legendary SMG that’s gold-plated and diamond-encrusted.” Oh, and the gun’s death animation has been likened to the “lights of a mini-concert” that gets “even more noticeable” as you kill more people.

On April 19th (yes, just a day before April 20th), the Snoop Dogg Operator Bundle will be available in Warzone and Vanguard. This bundle, which differs from the mobile bundle, contains ten items – three of them exclusive to Vanguard – and a full operator progression path. These items include Weapon EXP for Snoop’s weapon, three alternate outfits, and other cosmetic items.

More details on this Snoop Dogg Operator Bundle will follow, and it’s promised that everything will be revealed before April 19th.

“The DO Double G is back in Call of Duty and this time I’m in the frigging game! I look forward to working with the COD team to bring some flight functionality to you all,” Snoop said. “It’s awesome… you can all play as me and get these sick items that have Snoop all over them. Try it.”

This isn’t the first time Snoop Dogg has been part of the Call of Duty universe, as he was the star of Call of Duty: Ghosts DLC, which allowed you to swap out the normal multiplayer announcer for Snoop.
