Saturday Night Takeaway: Guests boarded a helicopter for a surprise wedding

Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Knowledge start a new series with a touching segment, with an audience tied the knot with her fiancé at the end of the show.

The hateful bride Vicky is sitting on the stage of ITV show on Saturday night, when hosts Ant and Dec surprised her by kicking off the show with their live-air wedding plans.

In order to get to the wedding of her dreams, Vicky – who is pregnant and due to give birth in May – ‘needs’ to take a helicopter to the location, as Storm Eunice has caused chaos across the country.

After talking to her fiance Nick via video link, Ant and Dec sent Vicky on a walk down her aisle.

“The thing is, you only have about 45 minutes to get there,” Ant told the stunned bride-to-be, as the cameras panned to footage of a Saturday Night Takeaway-branded helicopter.

Spectators watching at home were shocked to see the travel plans, thanks to the appalling wedding conditions the UK has experienced in recent days.
