Sociable Soccer, the spiritual successor to Sensible Soccer, is coming to Switch in November

Football is finally coming home! Tower Studios and Kiss Publishing will release Sociable Soccer for Switch – and other consoles – this November.

That might seem like a pretty long wait for a game that first appeared playable on Switch in 2017, but it’s the 2022 World Cup in Qatar in November, which means it’s been planned all along! You’ll challenge friends and players around the world to sporting greatness in this mobile action arcade soccer game.

The upcoming Switch version is based on the Apple Arcade version and will include the following features:

• Improved graphics and animations
• Improved gameplay, strategy and AI
• Legendary players to collect per club
• Challenges and battle pass system
• Improved PVP matchmaking and adjustable difficulty
• Update for all 1,000 teams and 30,000 players for the 22/23 season

We don’t know much more, but anything that can capture the spirit of Sensible Soccer sounds pretty amazing. We’re already dreaming of the days of huddled around our CRT TVs with our friends and acting out our own fantasy football leagues.
