Spotify says ‘things are looking better’ after some users were unable to access the music streaming service

Spotify said “things are looking better” after investigating an issue that prevented some of its users from accessing the platform.
The music-streaming giant previously confirmed users reported being signed out and unable to log back in, but said the problem should now improve.
Listeners began reporting issues Tuesday night via Twitter and service monitoring website Down Detector.
The Swedish company, the largest of its kind, tweeted: “Many customers have recently had problems logging in and contacting customer support.
“Things are looking better, but if you’re still having issues, please get back to us.”
The company previously acknowledged on Twitter that there was an issue, saying: “Something went wrong and we’re looking into it.”
Spotify has yet to confirm the cause of the problem – or when services will return to normal.
The Down Detector website says it has received tens of thousands of reports of power outages in the past two hours.
