Stacey Solomon says her wedding anniversary is three months away and weeps over homemade gear

Stacey Solomon will be engaged to Joe Swash in 2020

Stacey Solomon says she’s nervous and torn over her wedding day plans as she’s due to walk down the aisle with fiancé Joe Swash in just three months.

The Loose Women star, 32, will exchange vows for the first time as she and Joe, 40, exchange vows in front of family and friends in a stunning garden setting.

But as the big day approaches, Stacey admits she’s panicking about the details that have yet to be finalized and admits she’s nervous ahead of the wedding.

Stacey took to Instagram Staceys on Wednesday and gave fans a preview of her incredible outdoor wedding venue, which includes a giant walkway that leads to a bench.

Her plan is to walk down the aisle under a canopy of tree struts, leaves and flowers before welcoming her lover to officially become husband and wife.

But it sounds like there’s still a lot to do before the big day.

Stacey shared a video of her wedding venue and wrote alongside the footage: “This morning I have to meet with the caterers, florists and everyone in between because I almost forgot we’re getting married in three months.

“We are now on the last part. The island. And my sister just put a load of candles in my kitchen jars at the bottom where we’re going to stand and I’m crying.

“My stomach turns. And for some reason I’m so nervous.”

She then posted that she had a “gang dilemma,” writing, “Should we just get married halfway down the island? [sic] Because it’s such a long way.

“Is it too long? I’m afraid to go that far in front of everyone. I think I’ll just end up falling over or laughing at how long it takes me to get down the island [sic]. But I love the end of the arches. Help!”

And Stacey shared more footage, explaining, “It’s quite a long road. It’s quite a way! I don’t know if I trust myself!”

Stacey panned the camera around and giggled nervously as she showed what actually appeared to be a very long garden path leading to their intended wedding venue.

Mum-of-four Stacey has been engaged to Joe since he popped the question of five years on Christmas Eve 2020.

The couple have two children together – with their son Rex, born in May 2019, and their baby daughter Rose, who arrived in October last year.

Stacey shares her oldest son, 14-year-old Zachary, with her ex-boyfriend Dean Cox, and her second son, nine-year-old Leighton, with her ex-fiancé Aaron Barnham.

The upcoming wedding will also be the first for Joe – who was previously engaged to Emma Sophocleous, but the couple split before ever walking down the aisle and after three years of dating in 2008.

Joe and Emma share a 13-year-old son named Harry and Stacey is his stepmother.
