Stars of Babylon brings Golden Age Hollywood glamor to LA premiere

The stars of the upcoming film Babylon brought the glamor of Hollywood’s Golden Age to its Los Angeles premiere.
Argot Robbie, Brad Pitt and Diego Calva looked dapper and stylish on the red carpet at the event at the Korean Film Museum on Thursday.

The film follows the rise and fall of a number of ambitious dreamers who seek their fortunes amid the booming 1920s Hollywood scene.
Billed as a story of “debauchery, depravity, and excesses,” the film stars Robbie as Nellie LaRoy, Pitt as Jack Conrad and Calva as Manny Torres.

The Australian actress wore a black two-piece dress with a hood, wrapped around the nape of the neck, complete with a feathered flounce.
Calva wore an era-appropriate blue three-piece suit, with a white shirt and tie, paired with a large pink flower.

Pitt chose for himself a simple black suit with an open white shirt.
The all-star cast also includes Spider-Man stars Tobey Maguire, Olivia Wilde, Samara Weaving and Max Minghella.

Wilde wore an elegant black blazer and matching florals, with a matte black dress with ruffles.
The film, directed by Damien Chazelle, is slated to open in UK theaters on January 6, 2023.
