Stray: Every secure code in The Slums and the mysterious password

AS the first major area you’ll encounter in Stray, The Slums hides many mysteries.

No matter what treasure you’re looking for in Stray, you’ll likely be stopped by a safe at some point.

To save yourself some frustration in this PlayStation and PC game, you should know in advance where to find the codes to open these safes.

The Slums’ secure codes aren’t too difficult to find, but they do require a bit of legwork, especially if you’re looking for the elusive mystery password.

Safes aren’t the only thing with codes, as some doors will block your way until you find the right numbers to open them.

Door, safe or something completely different, we’ll tell you where to find each code in The Slums.

First door code – Stray

Once you have your robotic companion B-12 by your side, you’ll quickly encounter a locked door that requires a code.

Hope for the shelves with cans of paint and knock them over. It will make quite a mess on the floor but will reveal the code: 3748.

Safe in the back room – Stray

On your quest for Stray’s notebooks, you will find a safe in Doc’s apartment that will block your progress.

This one doesn’t require a code, but a key, which you can find in the bedroom adjacent to the safe room.

Seamus’ apartment code – Stray

If you examine Seamus’ apartment you will find a suspicious looking blackboard with a keyboard next to it.

If you knock some of the paintings off the wall, you will be told that the code refers to time.

Look at the four clocks on the wall to see the code is 2511.

The security code of the slums, near Morusque – Stray

If you’re looking for the sheet music, this is the last one. This safe is located directly across from Morusque the musician.

Here you need the mysterious password. Take the binary note to Elliot, who will translate it and point you to the Duffer Bar.

Get on the bar and knock down one of the paintings. Below that is the code written on the wall: 1283.
