The final season of the BBC’s Peaky Blinders is almost upon us and fans are eager to find out how Tommy Shelby and the gang’s lives will unfold.
Series six will air at 9pm on Sunday, February 27 and the star, Cillian Murphy, has described the final season as ‘gothic’ and ‘intense’.
Speaking to Rolling Stone last month, Cillian said: “I think it’s going to be very intense. The word we continue to use is ‘gothic’. Yes, it’s going to be heavy!”
Along with familiar faces, Line of Duty’s Stephen Graham and Baptiste’s Conrad Khan will join the cast, while a tribute to Helen McCrory – who passed away from cancer last year – is expected. , although there are no new scenes likely to involve the matriarch of the Shelby family .
