Sussex Police are appealing after KFC workers were attacked in Worthing

POLICE have released a CCTV image of a man they wish to speak to after two workers at a KFC were attacked.

Sussex Police have asked for information to identify a man in connection with the report of a burglary and two assaults in Worthing.

The incident happened at around 6.30pm on July 10 at the KFC restaurant on Chapel Road.

According to the police, an object was stolen from behind the counter of the restaurant and two workers were attacked.

Officials have released a CCTV image of a man they want to speak to in connection with the investigation.

He is a mixed race, mid-30s, and wore a white hooded track top with a black and gray stripe and white track pants. He was carrying a small black shoulder bag.

Anyone who recognizes him or has any information is asked to report this to Sussex Police online or call 101 and quote serial number 1086 dated 07/10.
