Sussex Police arrest a man after an attack by Crawley

Police are asking for tips after a man was attacked in Crawley.

Sussex Police said officers were called to a disturbance near the Medusa bar on the High Street in the early hours of September 11.

A group of people were involved in the incident in which the man was attacked.

A 31-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of assault and possession of a Class A drug.

He was released under investigation while the investigation continues.

A Sussex Police spokesman said: “Police would like to speak to witnesses and to those at the scene to establish the full circumstances.
