Sussex Police confirm the Crawley teenage mother has been safely located
A teenage mother and her one-year-old daughter were found.
Sussex Police appealed on Friday after 18-year-old Chloe Jeffreys and her one-year-old daughter were reported missing in Crawley.
Sussex Police today confirmed they have now been safely located.
A spokesman for the force said: “Thank you to everyone who helped us locate them.”
