Sussex Remembrance Day events for 2022 you can attend

Sussex will pay their respects and commemorate the victims of the Soldiers and Soldiers in a two minute silence Memorial Day.

A number of services will be held in the Brighton area on Sunday 13th November.

This includes a short circuit Armistice Day Worship service and two minute silence at the War Memorial in Old Steine ​​Gardens beginning at 10.50am.

A similar service will also be held at the same time at the War Memorial on Grand Avenue, Hove.

Meanwhile, in Portslade, there will be a wreath-laying ceremony at the Easthill Park Memorial on Manor Road, with people advised to arrive by 10.40am.

A service will be held at the War Memorial on Cornfield Road, following a parade of representatives of the military, former personnel, emergency services and other organizations from Terminus Road.
