TALKTALK’s email service was hit by a mysterious outage on Wednesday morning, affecting customers’ ability to review messages.

“Once again, LineOne Mail is down!!” an annoyed customer tweeted the Company.
“Email cannot be retrieved from the web or another device.
“Why is TalkTalk so useless????”
Another frustrated user asked, “When do you expect emails to be URGENTLY recovered?”
A third said: “Can’t connect to email…why?”
It’s not clear how widespread the problem was, but it looks like it’s been resolved now.

LineOne is the old name for the company that eventually became Tiscali before eventually becoming the TalkTalk we know today.
TalkTalk has more than 4 million customers.
Around 10 a.m., it looked like the problem was resolved, according to Down Detector, which monitors the services of large companies.
TalkTalk customers can check if there are any problems using the company Service checker online.
In January, the company’s broadband service was hit by an outage, just as millions depended on it to work from home.
