ADELE has promised fans she will “100% be back” amid fears her Las Vegas residency may not continue.
The superstar, 33, left fans, some of whom paid up to £9,000 for tickets, frustrated when she announced this week that her shows had been postponed.
She broke down in tears as she chatted with fans via FaceTime, who had come to Caesars Palace for opening night – even though she called it off.
Talk to Sunday Mirror, who was at the venue, she stressed: “I just want to apologize and thank everyone who has shown their love and support.
“I am so lucky to have the best fans in the world. I promise I will refund 100%”.
The production assistants picked out fans for her to chat with at the venue as they flooded her pop-up store, splurging on expensive clothes.
Adele continued: “I want nothing more than to perform, but I need the show to be the best – that’s what the fans deserve. Seeing you there is giving me a terrible FOMO. I really wish I was with you. ”
When asked when she would return, an employee at Caesars palace said: “We have been told that it could be as early as July, but nothing has been confirmed.”
Yesterday, a notice was scrawled on the mirror on the Adele store at Caesars Palace: “Hi guys, I’m sad not to be with you tonight, but I know some of you were here, so go out and see the costumes, take pictures of whatever you want for yourself and with each other.
“There were people in my room who worked with shops and merchandise. There are members of my management also here to show you around.
“And any of you here coming to the show this weekend can have a gift for me! I’m so sorry again, Love Adele x”
Last night, The Sun On Sunday revealed the shocking cancellation of her concerts after a series of outbreaks of staging derailed production.
Sources say production has long been put in jeopardy due to rear-end clashes, including with famed designer Esmeralda Devlin.
Brit Esmeralda, better known as Es, previously worked with Adele on her world tour in 2016.
But it is understood that she and singer Hello had been arguing during the preparations for the opening night of her latest concert.
A source told us: “Despite the film costing millions of dollars to put together, Adele was not satisfied with the outcome and she made it clear how she felt about Es.
“Hesitating too much” “She was so nervous and the fall sent her into a spiral of panic because she was desperate that everything had to be perfect.”
