A teenage learner driver plowed her father’s car into a family’s living room while she was taking a child, a resident has claimed.
The driver – believed to be a 17-year-old girl – had borrowed her father’s car on Friday night and taken a girl, aged five to seven, for a spin.
The Toyota Verso was plowed into the home in Bradford, West Yorkshire shortly afterwards, injuring both occupants.
None of the girls are said to have suffered life-threatening injuries.
A large ambulance rushed to the scene, with firefighters assessing the home’s stability before police organized the removal of the silver vehicle.

Police said: “Emergency services were called to a road traffic accident on Heights Lane, Heaton, Bradford, near the junction with Haworth Road, just after 7.30pm last night.
“The incident involved a car colliding with an apartment building.
“Two women were taken to hospital where their injuries are not considered life-threatening.”
A local resident has claimed that the girl only drove the car with a provisional driver’s license.
The fire service added: “It was a request for us from the police after a car drove through the bay window of a house.
“No one was trapped, but there was a fuel leak.
“We sent the Cleckheaton technical rescue team and Fairweather Green was there too.
“We assessed the stability of the house and then the police organized the rescue.”
