Apprentice: Camilla said ‘yoo hoo’ to Claude in 2019
The Apprentice’s Claude Littner is said to have been “labeled” by fans of the BBC’s hit business show after a clip of his interview with a contestant in 2018 went viral.
Claude’s sensational answer to former contestant Camilla Ainsworth during the interview round, who walked in and said “yoo-hoo”, made fans scream that quote about him.
The former Tottenham Hotspur chief executive was less than impressed with his greeting before the interview, causing former player Camilla to cringe.
Camilla has since reflected on the moment, which she said is now regularly posted online after the clip went viral on TikTok.
The apprentice hopes to tell Metro she “stands by” her “yoo-hoo” greeting as if it were true to her “true self”.

She continued: “But poor Claude, he said he couldn’t leave the house for years. He was supported by everyone shouting ‘yoo hoo’ which was really funny. “
She added: “I was really intending in my head to go in and say, ‘good afternoon, Claude,’ but then nerves clearly got in the way and before you knew it, it turned on. out of my mouth.
“I feel like I own it. I certainly have no regrets because I think personality goes a long way. You have to be authentic with yourself, and that’s me. So I’m on yoo hoo’s side! ”
It comes as the 72-year-old will make a much-anticipated return to the BBC show this evening after he was forced to withdraw as one of Lord Sugar’s trusted aides.

The BBC’s competition returned to screens in January when Lord Alan Sugar put 16 new candidates in their round for the chance to secure a £250,000 investment in their business.
Lord Sugar is once again supported by Baroness Karren Brady, 52, vice-chairman of West Ham United – but former star Claude, 72, has been forced to take a mass break following a bicycle accident.
The business executive, who had appeared as an assistant on the show since 2015, was later replaced on the series by entrepreneur and first series winner Tim Campbell.
In tonight’s interview round of the competition, the final four contestants Harpreet Kaur, Stephanie Affleck, Brittany Carter and Kathryn Burn will be eliminated in the final battle.

During his upcoming appearance on BBC screens next week, Claude said: “The whole team had a hard time getting me back. I abbreviated the series, but it looks like Lord Sugar and the production company had other ideas!
“I also received a lot of messages on social media from viewers saying they hoped I would come back for the interview and how much they missed my smile, but obviously I couldn’t tell. what until now.
“It’s funny how it came to be; One day, Alan came to my house – even though he called me almost every day – and he just said, ‘You’re going to do the interviews, aren’t you?’ and I replied, ‘Of course yes’.
“The moment it came out of my mouth, I thought, how the heck am I actually doing it? The truth is that at the time of filming, I was feeling better but the team was very kind and it was difficult for me to get in. ”
The Apprentice airs at 9pm tonight on BBC One.
