The Crowfall New Dregs campaign begins, launching shorter new options

Following up on information about Dregs new style campaigns over the past month, crow fall kicked off the first of the new Dregs experiences with a no-import/no-export campaign. Subsequent campaigns will not be accelerated, but shorter.
This shift to shorter, smaller Dregs campaigns with a range of post-purchase rule options is part of a transition underway for the game, and now players are getting a taste of that campaign style. The No-Import/No-Export campaign means players cannot bring items or leave with items. The campaign will last 2 weeks and there will be double XP from NPC kills and 4x XP in hotzones.
That crow fall The team has also clarified some of the rules here, and while you can’t export anything from the campaign, there are rewards for earning the most Conquest Points, in addition to Divine Favor in Fame, Wealth, and Power.
You can still engage in harvesting and crafting, but both will be in what is known as “lite mode.” Due to the simple rules and the possibility of not taking or leaving anything, both crafting and harvesting have been extremely simplified. Harvesting progression will only have one discipline designed for rapid progression. Players can craft their own tools and improve harvesting discipline.
When it comes to crafting, all recipes that will be openly available will have a step and there will be no experimentation. There will still be differences in resource quality, so you’ll still have the opportunity to craft slightly better items. You still need to use an appropriate crafting station for the item you’re crafting, but basically it’s all been mixed up and oversimplified. Level 30+ characters can purchase vessels from merchants.
When it comes to sieges, there are only forts and hot zones. There are no strongholds in this campaign. When you conquer a stronghold there is a craft vendor there, and when you upgrade a stronghold you get ship vendors.
