The Elden Ring continues the longest running joke of the soul series

Warning: this post contains spoilers for Elden Ring’s first place.

Elden Ring has continued FromSoftware’s long-running joke by once again bringing in a character Souls fans love to hate.

At the Elden Ring’s Limgrave opening location, players can find Patches, the bald-headed trickster who has repeatedly pranked players throughout the Soulsborne series of games.

This time around, patches can be found in Murkwater Caves. If you want to find him, you’ll want to follow the river north and keep an eye out for the dungeon’s entrance. Again he can be a valuable ally thanks to the collection of items on sale (you may want to check his inventory before entering Stormveil Castle) but he will prove to be a nuisance. before asking you for help spontaneously.

This is the sixth incarnation of Patches. He first appeared in Demon’s Souls as Patches the Hyena, and was later featured in Dark Souls (as Trusty Patches), Bloodborne (as Patches the Spider), and Dark Souls 3 and its Ringed City DLC (as Patches the Spider). as Unbreakable Patches). Dark Souls 2 also features a Patches-type character, but called Mild-Mannered Pate.
