The game follows the story of Camina Drummer, one of the main characters in the TV show.

Actress Cara Gee’s likeness and voice are also used in the game.

Drummer is a savage ship captain and a loyal belter, people who grew up among the stars with no planet to call home.

The TV show and books are all about the seething tension between Belters, Earthers and Martians in this sci-fi world where humans have colonized our solar system.

Later in the story, an alien menace throws a sticky wrench into the mix. Whether they will be part of the game is currently unknown.

However, according to the developers, zero-gravity sections will play a big role.

It seems like the focus is more on gameplay than previous Telltale games.

Drummer will work as a scavenger, boarding dead ships to plunder them for cargo.

The Expanse is scheduled for release in summer 2023.
