A GROOM was left horrified after his sister played an unsettling prank involving a model skeleton leading up to his wedding.
This “cruel” act was so “sick” that he chose to ban the offending family member from his special day because she was “off the line”.
The groom sadly explained that he had no choice but to invite dirty siblings after the incident that took place at his wife’s soon-to-be party.
The 20-year-old is said to have stunned guests after claiming she brought a “surprise special guest” to the event, before “driving” a skeleton model wearing “her t-shirt”. Strawberry”.
The groom explained that his fiancée’s sister had tragically died at the age of 16.
And unsurprisingly, he was less impressed when he heard about the so-called “shrewd” joke – despite being asked by many members of his family to drop it.
Now, when participating in a consulting column on Reddit, he admits that he is still in the heat because of his sister’s unpleasant actions and is not ready for the matter to be “caught under the carpet”.
“I’m not talking to my sister right now. I don’t know what you can say,” he said.
“She never liked my fiancé, but I still can’t believe she did something so barbaric on stage.
“My family all wanted me to step back: ‘She crossed the line, but it was just a joke. You know she likes to be sharp. She is devastated. Come on, she’s a stupid kid and it doesn’t make any sense. She’s so apologetic and just wants to get back to normal. ‘
“The only one I didn’t hear from was my sister, other than she told me ‘get over it, it doesn’t sound like the REAL skeleton of the dead sister’.
“I stood firm. Probably for the first time in my life. This is such an indescribable cruelty (to anyone! Love them or not) that I can’t just sweep it under the rug. “
The groom then went on to say that the incident caused a rift in his family after they begged him to forgive and forget.
“So now my family side (parents, brother, aunt and cousin) doesn’t come to the wedding. That is good,” he added.
“They can take a bunch of skeletons and keep their own. I do not care. The thing is that at this point, even my fiancé wants me to give in to keep the peace.
“She said it wasn’t worth causing so much disruption just because a stupid joke went wrong.
“Except it’s not a joke! No one would take that as funny and really expect people to laugh. “
Hundreds of Reddit users flooded the advice column as many sided with the groom.
“The fiancé is someone better than me mentally, physically and mentally, because if my mate’s sister does anything so horrible at my hen party, I would harbor a grudge as if it were her first child. I neither forgive nor forget,” said one.
Another wrote: “Honestly, it’s worth cutting her off for the rest of your life. It was one of the worst I’ve ever heard of.
“Anyone who does not support the decision to have her removed, should also be in the tight group. It’s no ordinary cruelty, it’s downright monstrous. “
“Seriously. I will never be in the same room as her again,” a third added.
While the fourth declared: “What kind of sick person would do such a thing? I’m appalled. In fact, the horror doesn’t even include it. “
