The Ivy in Brighton celebrates Pride with limited edition cocktails

A BRASSERIE chain has announced a new range of cocktails to celebrate Pride’s 30th anniversary.

The Ivy in The Lanes is stepping in to mark the delayed celebrations that have been postponed due to the pandemic.

From Monday 1st to Sunday 7th August, Brighton Restaurant on Ship Street will be celebrating the anniversary by adding a range of limited edition cocktails to its already extensive menu.

Sweet Pride costs £11.75 and is a blend of Wyborowa vodka, Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto, lemon juice and elderflower, garnished with a banana leaf.

Love Lane for £10.75 is a blend of Plymouth Gin shaken with apple juice, lime, fresh mint, celery and cucumber for fresh green flavors and finally

Love, Protest and Unity costs £12.75 and includes Lillet Rose, Strawberries and The Ivy Champagne.

On Saturday 6th August a live DJ will play songs and disco remixes.
