Not only can we see new gameplay, but also some behind-the-scenes footage.

This includes motion capture and the methods the developers used to improve the graphics.

The team uses the new immersive qualities of the PlayStation 5 hardware, such as haptic feedback and reactive vibration, to expand gameplay.

Naughty Dog has also improved enemy AI and improved stealth gameplay.

The company has prepared the showcase video to show it to the public, but it appears that the release has been brought forward after a series of leaks.

The video and an article revealing all the changes can be found on the PlayStation Blog which was released yesterday (July 21).

While the footage was generally well received, Naughty Dog still seemed disappointed after the announcement.

On twitter, Samuel Princesenior editor at Naughty Dog, wrote:

“Since this is getting some attention I just want to say leaks suck.

“They are extremely hurtful to the developers who work tirelessly to bring you these wonderful games.

“Public-facing assets take a long time to be created, revised, approved, localized, legally cleared, ESRB, etc. Be kind!”

He did not confirm whether or not the footage circulated online was real.

“I didn’t see the leak so I honestly don’t know if it’s real,” he said. “Leaks in general just suck.”

Vice President of Naughty Dog, Arne Meieralso repeated the feeling:

“Leaks really suck. Especially when we are about to have an asset drop.

“It’s disheartening and frustrating for teams that put their hearts into making great things for our fans.”
