Jeremy Clarkson has endured his fair share of controversies throughout his decades-long career, but he’s won over an unlikely army of new fans thanks to his new career move.
The former Top Gear presenter shunned showbiz to try his hand at agriculture, after he bought land in Oxfordshire in 2009 and managed the farm himself three years ago when the farm keeper died.
Jeremy has made headlines in recent years due to his controversial comments, but he seems to have turned a new leaf as he embraces his new life as the a farmer and is documenting his journey in Amazon Prime Shows Clarkson’s Farm.
Despite winning critical acclaim for the series, the film sheds light on the plight the farmers face in Covid-19 During the pandemic, Jeremy couldn’t escape the wrath of a certain telephone duo who wanted to give the 61-year-old the appearance he had long awaited.
Ant and Dec’s Joke
Back in September, photos showed Jeremy’s farm – named Diddly Squat – being invaded by protesters, and the land and buildings appearing to be vandalized by activists.
However, it emerged that the protesters were led by none other than Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly, as part of a joke for ITV show Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway, will air on Saturdays.
Since 2019, the TV star has been trying to expand his agribusiness and tried to open a new restaurant on his 1,000-acre working farm in Chadlington, but has faced opposition from the government. the local council and his disgruntled neighbors, who are furious that it has become a new tourist attraction for fans.

Speaking on the Jonoton Ross Show, Jeremy recalled: “I got this thing called a telehandler, it was like a JCB thing. I thought ‘I’m just going to use the front of it to push the post in.’
“It went halfway into the ground and the fence leaned against it and it bounced back. How it doesn’t leave my foot… I haven’t been walking properly for a week. This is a quarter ton of fence posts. “
Jeremy’s girlfriend, Lisa Hogan, has attracted a lot of attention from viewers of his documentary series, as the blonde actor is 10 years younger than the co-host of The Grand Tour.
The 48-year-old has been in a relationship with Jeremy for five years and while the pair are still unmarried, they are as happy as they are farmers in rural Oxfordshire.
Lisa, who was previously married to multi-millionaire Baron Steven Bentinck, said she was attracted to Jeremy’s sense of humor when they first started dating.
“He makes me laugh,” the Irish model shared.

The couple met in 2017 and first appeared together at the GQ Men of the Year Awards later that year.
Jeremy recently shared a photo of Lisa modeled for Diddly Squat merchandise while they were vacationing in an unspecified tropical location, with the beauty showing off her impressive figure in a high-slit swimsuit.

Jeremy started dating Lisa after splitting from his second wife Frances Cain, with whom he shares 3 children – daughters Emily and Katya, and son Finlo.
The couple was previously married since 1993 but split in 2014.
