This then expands into an “impressive” dining space with double doors opening onto the garden courtyard.
There is also a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and another double bedroom.
A large family bathroom and utility room complete the interior, while a sun terrace provides outdoor space to the front and has a “separated” patio to the rear.
And if that’s not enough, a private garage is available by private negotiation.
The house bears the famous address, forming the heart of Bath’s architectural heritage with “sweeping views across the city, over neighboring peaks and parkland”.
But not only is it recognized worldwide for its stunning design, it’s also one of the filming locations for the classic Bridgerton TV series.
