A POSH stately home featured in the steamy Netflix drama Bridgerton has hit the market.
Fans of the show will be “burnt” with the desire to own two luxury beds on Bath’s iconic Royal Crescent – but it will set them back £850,000.
The “beautifully presented” apartment is located on the ground floor of a Georgian townhouse on a prestigious street.
The entry hall leads to a formal living room, work area and modern kitchen with individually fitted units and granite countertops.
This then expands into an “impressive” dining space with double doors opening onto the garden courtyard.
There is also a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and another double bedroom.
A large family bathroom and utility room complete the interior, while a sun terrace provides outdoor space to the front and has a “separated” patio to the rear.
And if that’s not enough, a private garage is available by private negotiation.
The house bears the famous address, forming the heart of Bath’s architectural heritage with “sweeping views across the city, over neighboring peaks and parkland”.
But not only is it recognized worldwide for its stunning design, it’s also one of the filming locations for the classic Bridgerton TV series.
