The Mountain of Eternal Winter comes to Black Desert Online in April


Be prepared for the cold and harsh terrain of the newest region to come Black Desert Online when new expansion Mountains of eternal winter come in April. Pearl Abyss has released a new trailer along with a few more details, promising more information next month.

The new area will come with its own addition to the lore of black desert, and the teaser shows the frozen mountain and some hints of what’s to come. The game also now has a mini-website dedicated to the new expansion and comes with some of the works along with the following hint:

“O warrior who will rise above the six wizarding trials to stand atop the frozen mountains,

Come to the Rushed Origins in the Mountain of Eternal Winter…”

The expansion will bring a new area and will be available to all players. Previously announced details from the initial announcement of new content along the way include that there will be new monsters, important new quest content, new weapons, and more. Among these extras are activities like ice fishing and skiing.

We’ll have to wait until March 10 for the first major content to be revealed, but the teasers and the release window are currently setting the stage for the future of the game. In two weeks we’ll have a much better idea of ​​what’s going to happen and maybe even look at the area and those new activities.
