Patch 6.1 is finally coming to Final Fantasy 14 this month, with the new adventure titled Newfound Adventure. The upcoming patch continues the main scenario storyline in Endwalker and will hit the servers on April 12th.

Newfound adventure continues the story of the Scions of the Seven after the climax of the previous story arc. In this new patch, the Scions are looking for a new adventure, although it is unknown what that adventure will be. With the endwalker As we venture into a world without the Hydealyn and Zodiark story arc, it will be interesting to see exactly where Square Enix takes us next.

We know one place will be a new trial, The Minstrel’s Ballad: Endsinger’s Aria. Also, the first part of the Alliance Raid, Myths of the Realm Part 1: Aglaia, will be available as part of patch 6.1. PvP players will also see a new “Layout of Arenas” designed to force players to think strategically during their goal of PKing the other team.

A new residential district, the Empyreum, will also open on path 6.1. Newfound adventure will come with new NG+ chapters, job balance tweaks, MSQ 2.0 arc improvements, and more.

More details can be found on the Final Fantasy 14 Newfound Adventure Embed page and trailer at top. The next patch will hit the servers on April 12th.
