The rematch between Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano takes place at Croke Park while Hearn and Paul agree on an Irish showdown

Both fighters showed immense class in the ring afterwards, with Taylor demanding a rematch:

“Let’s do it again, Amanda,” the Bray Champion said

And promoters Eddie Hearn and Jake Paul agreed the rematch must take place at Croke Park later this year.

“I thought Katie just barely got over the fight. Two women changed the game tonight, but also put up a fight for the ages,” Hearn said.

“I know this man (Jake Paul) wants to pay it back. I see a big rematch later in the year but right now Katie Taylor is a legend in the sport and so is Amanda Serrano. This is a massive night for the sport.

“Katie Taylor is one of the greatest things to ever come out of Ireland. If we don’t return to Ireland for a fight before her career is over it would be a huge shame. I think we should have this rematch Let Katie Taylor fight at Croke Park for the first time.

Will Serrano travel to Ireland for a rematch?

“100 percent. She’ll go anywhere, anytime,” Paul said.

“The Irish fans are angry. We have some unresolved issues. Like I said, it was a draw at best. I thought Amanda Serrano took it. She had hurt Katie Taylor on the ropes a few times. But it is what it is. Katie is obviously a true champion and if it was a close fight the judges will obviously give it to her. But let’s trace it back to Ireland.
