Terminally ill Tom Parker said he was “so proud” after his daughter won her first dance trophy.
The Wanted singer – who has been diagnosed with a terminal brain tumor – shared a sweet photo of two-year-old Aurelia with her medal.
On Instagram, the 33-year-old shared the precious moment with his 300,000 followers and wrote: “So proud.”
Wearing a large pink glitter bow in her hair and a matching dance costume, little Aurelia beamed for the camera as she clutched her medal.
In another sweet snap shared by Aurelia’s own Instagram page, which mum Kelsey Hardwick manages, the boy can be seen holding a gold trophy in her hands.

A series of snaps posted to the @aureliaroseparker Instagram account show the talented young woman posing with her award.
The post was captioned: “I have a trophy. I loved competing in my first competition last week. I can’t wait to do it again.”
Although Aurelia’s brave father Tom is unable to walk due to his illness, he joins The Wanted on stage as they tour the UK.
The singer was hailed as a “hero” by his bandmates after appearing on their penultimate tour appearance.
Max George of The Wanted paid tribute to his close friend and shared pictures of them all relaxing at the M&S Bank Arena in Liverpool.
Max wrote on Instagram, saying, “It’s been an epic couple of weeks…One last show my boy…
“You are a true hero friend. Can’t wait for the next tour with you…Liverpool…Can you hear us???”
It was an emotional night as Tom’s wife Kelsey brought their children Aurelia, two, and son Bodhi, one, to watch their father perform.
Tom was diagnosed with stage 4 glioblastoma in 2020 and shared the news in October this year.
He is now in a wheelchair as the tumor has left him too weak to stand, but he has still done as much as he could.
Tom surprised fans by appearing on stage in Bournemouth before rejoining the band in Cardiff, where he sang while seated on a golden throne.
After the final leg of the long-awaited tour in Manchester, Tom rested under a blanket while sipping a beer while enjoying some downtime with his bandmates.
When Tom was originally diagnosed in 2020, doctors told him he could live 18 months.
In November 2021, he shared an emotional update with fans that the tumor was now “under control.”
He wrote: “I say here with tears in my eyes as I tell you. We got my brain tumor under control. We had the results of my last scan… and I’m happy to say they are STABLE.”
The singer has since visited a specialist clinic in Spain to undergo a revolutionary treatment that he hopes will prolong or save his life.
