This morning Dermot O’Leary took over as host as Alison joined by new star

This Morning presenter Alison Hammond, along with a new presenter, will join while Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield enjoy a day off

This Morning’s Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby will have two standings as they enjoy Bank Holiday Monday.
Dermot O’Leary usually celebrates with Alison Hammond but he’s also off tomorrow.
Instead, Alison will host the show with a new staff member while the other hosts spend time with their families.
Host Craig Doyle took to his Instagram to share the exciting news that he will be joining the hilarious Alison.
“So excited to host This Morning tomorrow, I got to work 14 o’clock!” he say.
“Join @alisonhammond55 and me from 10am @thismorning @itv.”

In the photo posted Sunday night, Craig stands outside the Television Center in London.
He keeps his suitcase beside him and wears his backpack as he beams in front of the camera.
Craig, 51, is a TV and radio presenter in Ireland and is occasionally featured on This Morning.
Tomorrow, he’ll be hosting the couch show with Alison for the first time.

He is known in Ireland as the host of the talk shows RTÉ One Tonight with Craig Doyle and RTÉ Two’s Craig Doyle Live.
The presenter has also worked for BBC and ITV and even BT Sport.
Some may recognize him as he hosted the children’s show Diggit on GMTV from 1998 to 2002 alongside Fearne Cotton and Reggie Yates.

It comes after the main presenter, Holly, shared about the difficulties of presenting the show and how she feels about participating.
She recalled how she “didn’t like” hosting This Morning at the beginning of her career after critics questioned her ability to handle political segments.
The presenter joined the ITV show in 2009 and said her confidence was knocked down following a “horrific” interview with Prime Minister Gordon Brown shortly after she joined.
“I was horrible. The worst part was a lot of people in the industry were saying I couldn’t do the job. I wanted to prove myself,” she said.
